Code of Conduct
Burke Associates has a formal Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy that all employees are made familiar with at Induction and through ongoing reviews. Employees are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a positive manner while at work, in order to promote the best interests of the company. Conduct that interferes with operations, discredits the company, or is offensive to clients, candidates, visitors, suppliers, or colleagues is not tolerated.
The high personal standards sought in maintaining the positive working environment include, but are not limited to:
- Honesty, integrity, loyalty and pursuit of the highest standards of work
- Valuing and developing positive working relationships, being a co-operative team member and where appropriate, effective team leader or manager
