Janet Lee, Founder and Managing Partner of Burke Associates Limited. With over 25 years of specialised search experience in the Asia Pacific Region, Janet brings with her a wealth of experience and insights into search and recruiting for the financial services industry.

Grew up and educated in Malaysia, Janet made a career move to Hong Kong in 1990 and began her career in the executive search industry with two leading publicly listed Global Executive Search firms, recruiting general management, finance, operations, sales & marketing, and human capital professionals. She has an exemplary track record of success in placing top level executives in diverse sectors including Financial Services and Insurance, Consumer Goods and Retail companies. Since 2000, Janet specialises in the Investment & Wealth Management and Insurance sectors, and has successfully spearheaded and led the two practices in Hong Kong and China.

In her current role, Janet leads the company's strategic direction and works in partnership with both clients and candidates.
