Heidy Chan, Associate Director. She brings with her 18 years of search, recruitment process outsourcing, and Sales & Marketing experience. She has extensive experience, and skills, in dealing with senior executives and understanding their needs. She is a highly motivated and determined professional who strives to make things happened.

Heidy joined Burke Associates in 2008, responsible for senior – mid level search assignments for Financial Services and Insurance sectors. Prior to this role, she has worked with two International Search & Selection companies and an Insurer as in-house Recruiter, responsible for and in-charge of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing projects implementation.

She has a Bachelor in Public and Social Administration and Master in Electronic Business from The City University of Hong Kong.
